They key difference to our hybrid model to that of the growing number of large corporate hybrid agencies out there is that we intend our hybrid agency to retain a local feel, operated by time served true local estate agents who care about their industry and who care about their clients.
We are building a team of like minded people who know their market and know their clients. One model fits all does not work well with real estate agency.
The key to the growth and success of the brand is to find the right people to become franchisees.
We are not looking for here today, gone tomorrow local property experts who have had a go at the job for a few months, we are looking for time served property professionals who have a number of years of experience in the industry. We are looking for hard working, friendly and approachable agents who are either running their own estate agencies now or are managers/senior figures within their organisations.
The franchisees must live locally to the areas they cover, they need a real understanding of what makes good agency and a belief in true valuable customer service. They must have the skills, abilities and work ethics to take on their own business and manage their sales team in the best way.
Franchisees need to fit the criteria to join such professional bodies as the NAEA Propertymark if not already members and need to promote good practice within the industry.
